Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the paid Business German and Business French modules, instalment plans and trial offers sold by pixxeldstudio.com (PE, EDRPOU 24861013). Prices, duration and terms are published before you order.

1. Trial offer

A trial is limited to one per person and becomes a paid enrolment only after you explicitly confirm it. Cancelling before that point costs nothing and creates no charge.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel a live session at least 24 hours before it starts and reschedule it free of charge. Later cancellations and missed sessions count as delivered. You may withdraw from a module before the second live session.

3. Refund eligibility

• Request within 14 calendar days of payment and before the second live session.
• Module materials not fully accessed.
• Duplicate or erroneous payments refunded in full.

4. Not refundable

No refunds after the second live session, for completed modules, for missed sessions without notice, or where a discount was granted on a no-cancellation condition.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@pixxeldstudio.com from the address used at purchase with your name, module, payment date and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and decide within 10. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days. If we cancel a module, choose a full refund or a transfer.

6. Complaints and governing law

Complaints: contact@pixxeldstudio.com or +380 938 377 5601; we reply within 10 business days. This policy is governed by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.
