2. Data we collect
From placement interview requests and contact forms we collect name, email, phone, language or course preference, message text and submission time. Through analytics we collect IP address, browser type and pages visited.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We use your data to answer requests and arrange a placement interview, deliver ordered services, meet legal duties and, with consent, send marketing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Processing follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX of 25 January 2022 and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.
4. Cookies
Non-essential cookies and tracking scripts stay blocked until you consent, and consent can be withdrawn easily. See the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX of 25 January 2022 and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020.
5. Sharing and retention
We share data only with hosting, email and analytics processors bound by contract, and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data. Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or for statutory periods.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Write to contact@pixxeldstudio.com. Service complaints follow the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.
7. Advertising and credentials
Promotional statements about programmes, results, price and availability are substantiated under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996. Our courses are non-formal language courses and confer no state-recognised credential unless expressly stated.
