Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms govern use of pixxeldstudio.com and booking of language training. Provider: pixxeldstudio.com, PE, Business Center Gulliver, 1A Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, EDRPOU 24861013, contact@pixxeldstudio.com, +380 938 377 5601. Ordering confirms acceptance. Published under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
2. Enrolment
Before ordering we show the service scope, schedule, price, duration and complaint procedure per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX. You must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes. Payment is due before the first session unless agreed in writing; changes apply to future courses only.
4. Course conduct
Lessons run online or at agreed locations. Recording, disruptive conduct and sharing access are prohibited. A missed session may be rescheduled once with 24 hours' notice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel within 14 days of payment before the course starts for a full refund. After the start, refunds are proportional to unattended sessions less actual costs. Write to contact@pixxeldstudio.com.
6. Intellectual property
Materials remain the property of pixxeldstudio.com and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only; no copying, resale or distribution.
7. Liability
The Site is provided as is; we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course where the law permits.
8. Personal data and cookies
We process data to deliver courses and, with consent, for analytics and marketing under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.01.2022 № 3993-IX and Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX. Non-essential cookies load only after consent.
9. Advertising and status
Claims are substantiated under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. Courses are non-formal and confer no state-recognised credentials under Закон України «Про освіту» від 05.09.2017 № 2145-VIII.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Complaints to contact@pixxeldstudio.com are answered within 30 days; courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction.
