03Methodische Labore

Method labs

Four task-based labs run inside every 12-week module. Each one is a working session, not a lecture: you produce a document or a spoken turn, deliver it, and leave with a written correction.

  1. Workplace simulation

    Lab 01

You open a supplier negotiation, a shift handover, or a client briefing in German or French while the trainer plays the counterpart. A checklist records what was clear, what was missed, and what gets repeated next session.

  2. Presentation clinic

    Lab 02

You bring a real slide deck or a short pitch from work. The clinic covers signposting, handling questions without warning, and cutting a 20-minute talk down to eight minutes.

  3. Email and telephone clinic

    Lab 03

Twelve recurring patterns, from chasing a payment to declining a deadline, are drafted, corrected on paper, then spoken aloud on a live call with the trainer.

  4. Sector tracks

    Lab 04

Vocabulary sets for export and logistics, finance, legal, engineering, IT, and HR. Each track adds a 40-term glossary and two role-plays drawn from that sector.

04 Teilnahmebedingungen

Participation terms

Group size
Eight participants maximum. A group closes after the second session so the cohort keeps one working rhythm and everyone speaks in every meeting.
Attendance
24 live sessions of 90 minutes across 12 weeks. Missed sessions are not refunded, but you get the recording, the task sheet and one 20-minute catch-up slot with the trainer.
Completion document
The document states the module, the CEFR target, hours attended and the trainer. It records participation only. It is not a state-recognised qualification and guarantees neither employment nor a specific proficiency level.
Refund summary
Full refund up to 7 days before the first session. Later, remaining sessions are refunded pro rata less a 1,500 UAH administration fee. Full wording in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Invoicing
Group modules are invoiced once before the start date. Corporate groups of up to eight may split the amount into two invoices, 50 percent before session one and 50 percent before session thirteen.

05Einstufung · ÉvaluationPlacement interview

Book a twenty-minute placement interview

The interview runs in German or French with a trainer and lasts twenty minutes. We listen to how you handle a short workplace task, then write back with a recommended CEFR entry level and the next cohort that fits your sector track.

  • Short spoken task drawn from your field: export, finance, legal, engineering, IT or HR.
  • Written summary inside two working days, including level and module start date.
  • No fee, and no obligation to enrol in a group or individual module.
